These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Suleslot ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at suleslot.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer services, sports betting, virtual games, bonus programmes, customer support, and payment processing systems.

• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be a self-excluded player or a player who has requested exclusion from any gambling service at the time of registration.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change.

To register an account on Suleslot, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You must not use fictitious, borrowed, or otherwise false personal details.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Suleslot reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. KYC is mandatory and non-negotiable for all withdrawal requests.

Required documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian NRIC (front and back), Driving License, or International Passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill issued within the previous three (3) months, bearing your full legal name and current residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken in clear lighting.
• Payment Method Verification: Where requested, a screenshot or photograph of the payment method used to deposit, clearly showing your name and (partially) masked account number.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by Suleslot may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or permanent account closure. Suleslot will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by a Player's failure to complete KYC.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Suleslot will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own negligence. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.

Suleslot accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

5.1 General Deposit Rules

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Suleslot does not accept deposits from individuals who are not the registered account holder.

• Suleslot does not charge fees for standard MYR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted with zero platform-side conversion fees.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from Suleslot's operational funds for the protection of Player balances.
• Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details entered. Suleslot cannot recover funds sent to incorrect third-party accounts.

5.2 Transaction Monitoring

All deposits are subject to automated and manual anti-money laundering (AML) screening. Suleslot reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds where deposits are unusually large or where transaction patterns raise concern. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in account suspension.

Suleslot aims to process all withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within fifteen (15) minutes under standard operating conditions. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Suleslot account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed until all required documentation has been received and approved.

• Where a bonus has been accepted, the Player must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement in full before any portion of the balance attributable to that bonus may be withdrawn.

• In the event that a withdrawal is requested to a payment method that is no longer active, Suleslot may require the Player to nominate an alternative verified payment channel.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to circumvent this restriction via multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×) and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. Refer to the promotion-specific terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance or associated wagering requirement remaining after the expiry date will be voided automatically.
• Suleslot reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing obligations to Players who have already claimed a bonus shall be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claim.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of systematic bet patterns designed to reduce wagering risk while satisfying rollover requirements — is prohibited and will result in bonus voiding and potential account review.

7.2 Refer a Friend

The Refer a Friend programme entitles eligible Players to receive a bonus credit upon successfully referring a new Player who completes registration and makes a qualifying first deposit. Both the referring Player and the referred Player must satisfy all eligibility criteria. Referrals made through automated systems, paid advertising, or mass distribution methods are not eligible.

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Malfunctions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Suleslot platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Losses arising from your accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so may be contrary to local law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suleslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated betting tools.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's financial institution.
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

13.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closures are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to account closure. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Suleslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect on the date specified in the update notice, or, if no date is specified, immediately upon publication. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suleslot holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Where direct negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
